Minot J. Savage Quotes
“The brave die never, though they sleep in dust:
Their courage nerves a thousand living men.”

Grand Opening of Lucky’s Market in Louisville, KY

Thursday, May 22nd, 2014

Lucky’s Market just opened this past week, so we decide to venture over for a family afternoon outing. From the produce area that is so beautifully stacked, a fresh pressed juices bar, and a deli meat that is cooked in house the store is so beautifully laid out with something for everyone.

One of my favorite sections were the rows of bulk bins in the middle of the store. Barrels of flour, sugars almonds, dried fruit, gluten free items, etc…..

However, while I was over the moon excited about the bulk bins Turtle was doing a happy dance over the way too cute childrens shopping carts!

Canisters of old fashion candy stick lining the bulk bins where the way to end a great shopping afternoon!

Don’t miss their “Grand Opening” Saturday, May 24 from 11am-3pm followed by a Local Food Fest Sunday, May 25 from 11am-3pm. On Saturday there will be live music, face painting, and a visit from the Middletown Fire Department which will make for a great family outing.

Lucky’s Market is located at 200 North Hurstbourne Parkway.
